Pricing is based on your home's square footage: $500 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft, $1,000 for 2,001–4,000 sq ft, and $1,500 for 4,001–6,000 sq ft. Homes over 6,000 sq ft get a custom quote.

How much does a custom house model cost?

Pricing is based on your home's square footage: $500 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft, $1,000 for 2,001–4,000 sq ft, and $1,500 for 4,001–6,000 sq ft. Homes over 6,000 sq ft get a custom quote.

How does the $100 deposit work?

A $100 deposit starts your project. It's applied to your model's total price and locks in your spot in our print queue for your roughly 3-week build. Payment is by secure card checkout through Stripe, so we never see or store your card details. You pay it right in the request form when you submit your project. Questions are always free through our inquiry form. Questions about payment? Contact us.

How do I pay?

By secure card checkout through Stripe. You can use a credit or debit card. For anything else about payment, contact us.

How long does it take?

A model takes about 3 weeks to complete. Have a deadline? Mention it in your request and we'll let you know what's possible.

What do I need to send?

PDF floor plans for every level and exterior elevations are the most helpful. CAD exports, renderings and reference images help too. You can upload one plans PDF (up to 25 MB) with your request. We'll review what you have and let you know if we need anything else.

What happens to my plans?

Your plans are used only to build your model. Files uploaded with your request are stored privately and automatically deleted after 90 days.

Do the roof and floors really come off?

Yes. Every model has a lift-off roof and floors, so you can open it up and see each level of the home, room by room.

How big will my model be?

The $500 model (homes up to 2,000 sq ft) has a maximum size of 11" × 11". Larger models go up to 22", sized to fit your plans, and are printed in precisely fitted sections.

Can you make a model of a home that isn't built yet?

Yes. That's one of the main reasons people order: to see and review the design before or during construction.

Do you ship?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states. Finished models can also be picked up or delivered locally. For shipping cost to your area, contact us.
